Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Private AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are using the App on an Apple device, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, and any purchases are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

01The App
Private AI allows you to enter text prompts and generate images on your device. The App is designed to run locally on your device. Your prompts and generated images are not sent to us. The App may offer free features, advertising-supported features, rewarded ad options, and paid in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase to remove ads.
02Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the minimum age required in your country or region, whichever is higher. If you are under the required age, you may not use the App.
03Free Features, Ads, and Changes
The App may provide free features, including local AI functionality. The App may display ads, including banners, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, native ads, and app open ads. We may change the App, feature availability, ad availability, ad frequency, and free functionality over time. For example, we may add or remove features, adjust how often ads appear, change rewarded ad options, or change available paid options. We do not guarantee that any specific free feature, limit, ad format, reward, model, or configuration will remain available permanently.
04In-App Purchases
The App may offer one-time in-app purchases, including “Remove Ads Forever,” which removes ads permanently for your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not directly process payments and we do not receive your full payment details, such as your card information. Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, and currency may vary by country or region and may change according to Apple's rules.
05Remove Ads Forever
“Remove Ads Forever” is a non-consumable in-app purchase. If purchased, it disables ads in the App for the Apple ID used to make the purchase. This purchase does not remove your responsibility to comply with these Terms, and it does not guarantee that all App features, models, or functionality will remain unchanged forever. If you reinstall the App or use another device with the same Apple ID, you may need to use “Restore Purchases” to restore access.
06Rewarded Ads
The App may offer optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads allow you to choose to watch an ad in exchange for a temporary in-app benefit, such as temporary ad-free access or temporary access to advanced image settings. Rewarded ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewarded ads may be unavailable because of network status, region, consent requirements, advertising availability, technical issues, or other reasons. If rewarded ads are unavailable, the App's core local AI features remain available, unless otherwise stated in the App.
07Refunds and Purchase Issues
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. You can manage purchases, request refunds where eligible, and review your purchase history through Apple's App Store or Apple ID settings.
08User Content (Prompts and Outputs)
You are responsible for the text prompts you enter into the App ("Input") and for how you use any images generated by the App ("Output"). As between you and us, you own your Input and Output, subject to these Terms and applicable law. We do not claim ownership over your Input or Output. The App processes your Input locally on your device to generate Output. We do not use your Input or Output for advertising, analytics, or model training.
09Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App in a way that: • violates any law or regulation; • infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; • creates, stores, or distributes unlawful content; • attempts to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the App, advertising systems, purchase systems, or related services; • attempts to fraudulently obtain paid features, rewards, or ad-free access. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
10Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for advertising, consent management, purchases, and remote advertising configuration. These services may include: • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, used to show ads; • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), used to manage ad consent where required; • Apple StoreKit, used to process and restore in-app purchases; • Cloudflare Worker, used to retrieve remote advertising configuration. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those services' own terms and policies. We do not send your prompts or generated images to advertising services.
11Important Disclaimers
THE APP AND ANY OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Generated images may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on it. The App does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.
12Local Models and Device Performance
The App may require downloading or storing AI models on your device. AI model performance may vary depending on your device, available storage, memory, battery level, operating system, and model size. Some models or features may take time to prepare or may not work well on all devices. We do not guarantee that every model, setting, or generation attempt will succeed on every device.
13Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, DEVICE AVAILABILITY, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR USE OF OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE APP; • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Deleting the App may remove locally stored data from your device. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or revoke App Store purchases.
15Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in a competent court with jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country or region provide otherwise.
